My therapeutic goal, with each client, is a holistic approach, encompassing addressing all levels of tissue that may be affected and I use a variety of techniques to get to the source of pain or injury.  As well as the over 3000 hours of training it takes to become an RMT in BC, I am educated in Cranio-Sacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, Visceral Manipulation and Neuro-Manipulation from the Barral Institute, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy, manual lymph drainage, passive hydrotherapy and Aquanetics – a form of active hydrotherapy.

My massage therapy practice includes treatment of a wide variety of conditions and I will do a postural evaluation, addressing alignment and stress patterns.

I am providing Cranio-sacral therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and orthopaedic rehabilitation, all within a Registered Massage Therapy session.

Some of the conditions that patients come to see me for include postural imbalances, post-traumatic stress, scar work post-surgery, motor coordination impairments, car or cycling accident rehabilitation, TMJ joint dysfunction, overuse injuries, pain and stress, headaches, sports injuries or training assistance.

With so many applications to rehabilitation, I am extremely happy to be able to help decrease pain while increasing body awareness and healing using a variety of Massage Therapy techniques.

I welcome anyone who is interested in receiving the many and varied benefits that Massage Therapy can offer to contact me!
